REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to products and services purchased through
https://atelierlemontrend.com and should be read together with our
Terms and Conditions.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our digital products may include downloadable website layouts, Canva templates,
design templates, eBooks and other digital content supplied electronically.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts,
including digital content, subject to applicable Austrian and European consumer law.
Where you expressly request that delivery of digital content begin immediately before
the statutory withdrawal period has expired and acknowledge that you will lose your
right of withdrawal once performance begins, the statutory right of withdrawal may
expire when the digital content is supplied in accordance with the applicable legal
requirements.
Accordingly, once a digital product has been supplied and the statutory right of
withdrawal has validly expired, we are generally not required to provide a refund
solely because you changed your mind.
This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights relating to defective,
non-conforming or inaccessible digital content.
2. DEFECTIVE OR INACCESSIBLE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If a digital product:
- cannot be downloaded because of a problem attributable to us;
- is materially different from its description;
- is defective;
- or does not comply with mandatory statutory requirements,
please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include
restoring access, providing a corrected version, replacement, price reduction,
termination of the contract or a refund.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits statutory warranty rights that cannot legally be
excluded or restricted.
3. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS PAYMENTS
If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical
error or duplicate payment, please contact us.
Once the duplicate payment has been confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded
to the original payment method.
4. FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS
If we determine that a payment or order resulted from fraud, unauthorised use,
a technical malfunction or another invalid transaction, we may cancel the relevant
order and process any refund or reversal required by law or the relevant payment
provider.
5. SERVICES
Refunds relating to individually commissioned services depend on the nature of the
service, the work already performed, the applicable project agreement and any mandatory
consumer rights.
Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory withdrawal right after expressly
requesting that a service begin during the withdrawal period, payment may be due for
the proportion of the service already provided where permitted by law.
6. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If we offer physical products, consumers may have statutory withdrawal and warranty
rights in accordance with applicable Austrian and European consumer law.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the applicable period is generally
14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.
Any return requirements will be communicated in accordance with the applicable legal
requirements and the nature of the product.
7. REFUND METHOD
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the same payment method used
for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed or legally
required.
The time required for a refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the
payment provider, card issuer or bank.
8. HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT OR A REFUND
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, statutory remedy or assistance
with a product or service, please contact us and provide the relevant order information
and a description of the issue.
9. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes rights that consumers are entitled
to under mandatory Austrian or European consumer-protection law.
