Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.

We (“Atelier Lemontrend”) know that your order arriving on time is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time of physical products is: Processing time + Delivery Time. The Shipping Fee of physical products will depend on the weight, size, and type of the item(s).

We deliver our physical products through our courier partners DHL, FedEx, Post, etc.

Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is.

If your item does not arrive please Contact Us We will raise an investigation with our couriers.

ORDER CANCEL:

Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for several reasons:

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

Failed security checks: Orders may also be canceled if security checks are failed; there are multiple reasons this can occur. Please contact our Customer services team for further details.

Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.

If your order has been canceled you will be sent one of two emails:

Part of your order is canceled:  Sorry, we were unable to deliver all the items you ordered. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the canceled items.

Your order has failed our security checks :  Sorry, the order you recently placed with us has been canceled because the details associated with the order have failed our internal security checks. You will not be charged for your item/s. Please contact our Customer services team for further details.

 

Delivery Policy (for Downloadable Digital Goods)

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
